Fill out the commission request webform. (Opening December 1st, 2024)
Estimates are provided in the order that the inquiry webforms are submitted.
For 2025 inquiries, I will begin processing requests starting in mid December 2024 after Dragonsteel Nexus.

A non-refundable downpayment is required for your project to begin. You will also sign a contract to protect us both and ensure that we are on the same page.
Completion of the contract and downpayment locks in your commission slot.
Once those two things are done, supplies can be purchased.

Yes! I fabricate every commission piece according to your requirements and your measurements. (This is called couture sewing.) I have made costumes for almost every build including adult sizing, petite, and plus sizes. I also have made costumes for kids with built in room to grow.

Yes. You are responsible to pay for shipping costs as defined in your contract. In the United States, shipping costs are usually between $20 and $35 dollars. I am able to compare prices between carriers for you.
Commission invoices and shipping costs must be paid in full before the order will be shipped.
I can ship internationally abiding by the laws of the United States. International clients are responsible for VAT and any other taxes / fees in addition to shipping costs.

Yes. Commission invoices can be split up into installments.
Orders will not be shipped until the project is paid in full.

Estimates will include a breakdown of materials and labor costs related to your specific project.
Professionally made, custom fit costumes are luxury items that require extensive skill, experience, and prototyping.

I am a professional costume maker with an interdisciplinary skillset. I am a Master level competitive cosplayer with multiple prestigious awards. I have been sewing since 2003 and I began making cosplay costumes in 2012.
In 2024, I worked with Paladin Creative and Dragonsteel Entertainment on a multi-faceted project.
I am also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and achieved my certification in 2017.
